I have not installed this seat yet. I am putting it on an older John Deer 210 Tractor Loader. I am going to modify the mount just a little to suit my needs first when I get the time. On the seat, the material is very well made and is tight to the framework. It does have armrests and a seat belt. The universal mount seems solid and would be perfect for a forklift, even newer small farm tractors and mowers. I looked it over and only found one loose screw which is very good, I normally find more. The protective plastic covering is tight to the seams and may be a pain to remove, but better tan not having it. The instructions are good and easy to follow. If you have priced replacement seats as I have, you know this is a good price, and now that I have seen it first hand, this is a great deal!
