Although this "universal", I did have to drill holes on my tractor. Overall decent product and gets the job done.

I ordered this to replace the seat on my Kioti tractor. The seat does not come with any instructions, but it is pretty self explanatory and the little video on Amazon shows the whole assembly process. Attaching it to my tractor was a bit more of a challenge. The built in frame provides two positions for each of the two support rackets on the bottom (that hold the seat to the tractor and allow the seat the adjust forward and backward). Although the description suggests that it is a universal fit, the spacing of the brackets didn’t line up on my tractor. I used the factory holes on one side to attach to the factory holes on my tractor, but then had to drill two holes in the tractor to attach the other side. Thankfully the old framework had plenty of metal to make drilling new holes easy.This seat has a higher back than the original seat and a headrest. The higher back is nice, but the headrest doesn’t do much. Also I don’t think the reclining feature is really functional on a tractor, except maybe when doing a bunch of mowing. Unfortunately I think I may end up removing the arm rests as they are not as comfortable or useful as I thought they might be. However, the new seat is great. The sliding mechanism on my old seat froze so long ago that I forgot that it even had an adjustment, but this new seat moves several inches forward or back to find just the right spot. It feels very solid and secure.

My husband's previous tractor seat has been falling apart forever so I saw this and decided that this would be the perfect thing for him. This fit perfectly just as expected. We did review all the measurements and made sure that it would be a perfect fit before getting it. The quality is really excellent and the seat is super comfortable! My husband had no problem getting this installed and swapped out with his old seat. This has a nice Sleek look to it as well and goes perfectly with his tractor! He said as long as you are familiar with what you're doing the installation was very easy and straightforward. Definitely a quality product and very well made! Solid 10 out of 10 and worth every penny!
