This press makes very even tortillas. The included tortilla warmer actually works great as well.

My first time making tortillas, so this set is very useful. The press is easy to handle and to keep clean. The warmer does what it's supposed to, but I wish it wasn't plastic. Came with the paper squares that are required to be placed between the tortilla and the press so I didn't have to cut any. Love it, it should be a great gift too.

I had one of these a long time ago, and it seemed never work right and eventually I got rid of it. This one works quite well. The leverage on it is nice and mine are coming out pretty good. They are a little thicker than I was hoping for, but they are fine. It makes smaller tortillas which is what I wanted. You have to figure out the dough ball size though. The right size is just a bit smaller than a golf ball. I love fresh tortillas but I don't love rolling them out. If you are the same, grab one of these!

This tortilla press definitely does the job and makes nice sized tortillas. It’s easy to use without prior experience and without much instruction. It’s heavy since it is cast iron and I find it difficult to store. The tortilla warmer is the kind you get in restaurants, but honestly I’d rather just have the press because it is a lot to store in a small kitchen, unless you’re making tortillas several times a week. I would say if you’re confident you’ll be making your own tortillas, it’s a great buy. If you’re not, but you have ample kitchen storage, probably also worth it.
