About this item

  • Upcut spiral router bit with 1/4 inch shank and 1/8 inch cutting diameter, 1 inch cutting length, extra long 3 inch for total length
  • Solid Carbide & nACo Coating: The up-cut spiral router bit is made of solid carbide. And Nano Blue Coating with high hardness and heat resistance enables the tool's cutting edge to retain crucial sharpness and lubricity. This provides longevity and produces cutting results of the highest quality. Clean surface, neat, no glitches.
  • CNC Spiral bits used for side milling, end milling, finish machining, etc. End Mill Bits can smoothly upcut groove and slots, mortises, cycles and dados with clean edge and bottom, better than straight bits.
  • The CNC End Mill Router Bits apply to various wood: such as Plywood, OAK, MDF, and any hardwood working and Long service life for sharp. And also for carbon steel, soft alloy steel, tool steel, cast iron, aluminum alloy.
  • The spiral router bit suit for CNC router and any plunge routers with 1/4" collet.

EANOSIC Extra Long Solid Carbide Nano Blue Coated Spiral Up Cut Router Bit with 1/4 inch shank and 1/8 inch cutting diameter
-Industrial quality control to ensure best performance
-Spiral router bit used for smoothly upcut groove and slots, Mortises, Cycles and dados. It performs faster cutting while pulling the chips up. Plunge cut leave with clean edge and down surface.
- HIGH PROCESSING EFFICIENCY: The edge of end mill bits is HARD and SHARP, process the heat treatment materials under 32° with high speed, reduce changing times and improve the production efficiency.
- STRONG and DURABLE: The Nano Blue Coating with High Hardness and Heat Resistance.
- Straight shank handle, rounded chamfer design for easy installation and improved work efficiency.
About The Blue Nano Coating
- Nano blue coating Series Router Bits utilizes a special unique carbide with composite coating for a longer lifetime (up to 2.5X longer life compared to uncoated bits) in modern materials.
- Nano blue coating enables the tool's cutting edge to retain crucial sharpness and lubricity. This provides longevity and produces cutting results of the highest quality.
- Coating prevents high heat and oxidation which is detrimental to cutting tool performance.

Eanosic makes good bits I have never had an issue with them. they are sharp and last for several projects. i am not a professional just a hobbyist so I don't need supper expensive bits. i do have quite a few expensive bits. the only difference between them is the more expensive ones may last a little bit longer but not much.

These 1/8" upspiral bit work better on the CNC than far more expensive name brand bits. I'm very happy with the durability of the bit; and the clean line of how it cuts. Will purchase these again when I'm in need.

This is a very nice downcut bit that gives you a 1/8" diameter on a 1/4" shank. This is useful for a variety of purposes, including dovetailing and pattern routing. The shank is super smooth. The flutes spiral up precisely. The cutting edges are flawless, no marks or nicks at all. I have no idea if the nanocoating works, but I will post photos shortly.

Got this to cut 3/4" ply in one pass. I have cut out 4 sets of cornhole boards with it and it is still sharp. I'm finding out that you don't have to have the high $ bits for everything. Great bit. Will buy again.

I have used to of the bits so far and both of the them have broken. The second one on first use. Will not be using them again now. Can't even cut wood without breaking.

I’m impressed. First “non name brand” bit I’ve had. Purchased because of a new project I wanted to make on the CNC and was worried I’d break a bit. This held up to my test and has been a workhorse on at least 20 small projects.
