Using on 1mm to 3mm thick CAST acrylic to cut outlines and 3d details. So far they work great and now regret buying the expensive Amana coated version.

Cutting a slot with these bits, the slot is only 0.053" and should be 0.0625. Sent an email to SPETools, they never answered.

Like another reviewer I suspect these aren't actually carbide.However, they *are* razor sharp and do a stunningly nice job on composites, plastic, and wood.I myself got 96 8mm holes in 6061 (12.7mm each) on a single bit (14,000RPM, 700mm/m, 0.2mm helix), which, for the price, I'm happy with.
