Not really an easy job but not bad. Be sure to replace ALL pieces when installing the new ones. Even the top cups they are simple to replace.

Before ordering this to repair product for my Kenmore washer, I watched a ton of YouTube videos on how to repair a Kenmore washer's suspension rods. In the spin cycle, the washer was really dancing and banging around. I became convinced that I could do the repair myself, so ordered this. It was not hard to install, but since I am not an appliance repairman, it also was not the easiest. From what I understand, it takes a repairman about 20 minutes to replace the suspension rods. It took me over 1 1/2 hours. A Kenmore does not have a slot to slip the rods out of, unlike some other brands, so after unhooking the upper parts of the rods, I had to turn the washer on its back to pull the rods from out underneath.Now do NOT forget to tape the lid to the top of the washer or it will bang open on you. Also I highly recommend you watch several YouTube videos of how to repair your brand of washer. Net result is, however, I am very happy with this product and it's quality. I ran a test wash load and it worked GREAT!

This is a great product and saved us a lot of money VS calling in a repairman. I pulled up a YouTube video on how to replace suspension rods. Found the model number needed for the right fit for our model. Easy to repair. This is the exact durable product you would pay $80 for not counting the service charge and labor. Took about 20 minutes to fit. And now our washer works perfectly!

My washing machine has made some noise while spinning out for awhile, and sometimes I had to re-run the spin cycle because it wouldn't complete the first time. Then I was washing clothes one day when I heard a terrible noise coming from my washing machine. I went to investigate to find water all over my laundry room floor and the drum tilted to one side in the washing machine. Some internet investigation and instructions led me to check the shocks, which were completely jacked up. I ordered these ones, they came quickly, and seem to be of excellent quality. I installed them in my machine and it's just as quiet as it was the day I bought it. So happy that these saved me from replacing the machine!

These are good quality, fit perfectly and helped take care of the problem. They were easy to replace and function like they should. Definitely give them a shot before spending money on a new washing machine!

Installation is terrible!!!!!! I had to rig the springs to fit and even work on my washing machine. I read everything about this item before I made my purchase and what I received was the wrong item.Once I figured out how to install the rods with my daughters help they only lasted a few days.The reviews are mixed across the board so be careful when purchasing. Good value but not the best quality and installation will have you screaming.

Totaly bad product after 5 month the rods were totaly broken I contacted the seller and the answer was that after 30 days is no warranty.Very bad quality
