Product is trash, has problems counting even when separating stack.my last $100 one was way faster and better than this one.save your money and time.

Updating my review as I was able to fix this. However, please include the fix in your manual! For those that have this machine, please note that there is a piece inside of the counter that has to be pushed in until it clicks if your counter stops showing the items counted on the LCD display.

For the cost, it works great and does its job.This machine does great as long as you don't feed it more than $5000 of $100 bills, after that it tends to start jamming.There are obviously other counters out there that have more features and have a better money tray up top but they are also much more expensive ....If you're not counting huge stacks of cash This is your machine.Just my $0.02..

After having a few problems initially, customer service contacted me and helped me figure out what I needed to do for the equipment to work properly. They gave me full support unlike some other companies who do not stand behind their product. Unfortunately this machine is not for me as I needed some other features as well. But great customer service and support.
