Our adjustable cabin hook eye latch is upgraded from the old style. We improved the hook with a flexible adjusted function. This door latch can be applied to lock and close a variety of doors and hinged products such as window, interior door, cabinet, baby safety gate, farm entrance, driveway, etc.
Our new cabin hook eye latch has an upgraded design which is free to adjust the opening length of any windows, doors or gates.
The barn door lock gate latch is separated into two pieces with a thread head, and connected by a long adjusted nut. During applying, just screw the nut to adjust the required length.
The adjustable door eye latch is designed with a lever design for opening and closing to secure the door from being released easily. Giving you reliable protection.
Our hook and eye latch has square shape brackets with four mounting points with screws per bracket. Making a very strong and durable lock eye latch for doors, windows, ect.

Works well for our three dogs. We are older and they like to go outside and bark a sleep time. So this helps them keep their dog door open

I love this latch. Completely takes the guess work out of measuring. Also great for outdoor use when wood expands and contracts with the weather! Easy to adjust and the metal is thick and strong. The locking mechanism is secure and built well. I’d buy it again for the price.

The quality of these are pretty good though they are a little tricky to get put together where they function right. Feels pretty heavy duty and looks nice I just wish the instructions for a little clearer as well as I wish they had longer latch sizes because the safety piece is really great to have on doors because we get a lot of wind.

One star because the packaging is very nice and the lock on the latch is a feature that is hard to find.That said, I read all of the reviews before I made my purchase a couple of weeks ago. Even though there were a few that stated the product was rusty, most of the reviews were positive, so I bought two because the feature I liked was the locking mechanism on the latch. When I opened the first package and tried to put the product together (inserting the ends in to the center piece to adjust the size of the product), both ends were visibly rusy on the center piece and it took some effort to get one of the ends into it. When I tried to put the other end of the latch into the center piece, it was too large for the hole! So, not only does the company store the product in an area where it will develop rust, they have an issue with fit. I was very disappointed in this product. Perhaps they should take some of that money that they are putting into a very nice package and use it to improve the manufacturing process and storage.

And though i didn't use it, it would have served well the purpose for which it was intended. However, a couple cheap pieces of plastic sufficed in their stead. What am i talking about? I bought this clasp to keep the door ajar so that the cat and not the dog can get into my bedroom. I also bought a couple plastic cat/door ajar thingies that worked fine. I'll keep this anyway, bucuz there'll be a use for it down the line. Always is. It is a pretty device, decoratively speaking, but also quite sturdy looking and much more that a match for a determined dog or two. I may use it to keep a barn door closed. I like the little tee that acts as a keeper for the hook. Nice feature! If you need an adjustable hook/eye device for keeping your door ajar at a precise kitty width, then this is your device! Or buy a couple inexpensive springy plastic door latchy things. Thazzit.

We used this very sturdy-large hook for a patio back door - we painted it white - then installed it.Easy for adults to use... a puzzle for our little ones :)We were worried about the small kids going out the screen door - with this tricky hook they can't just go out :) so its been a great option for our patio. Recommend buy.
