Fast and easy way to slice strawberries and mushrooms. Fairly easy to clean. I just rinse and put it in the dishwasher. Cleaning by hand is a little harder but no worse than other kitchen items. I have used this regularly since I received it and it is holding up well.

Pretty easy to use and keep clean. It works best on pretty specific food types so while it's not quite a single use gadget, it's not that far off and it's not a replacement for, say a food chopper, or just cutting by hand. it does what it says though so I'll still give 4 stars.

Fantastic little fruit slicer by Tmedw! You simply sit your fruit on the cutting board and press the cutter down on it. The sliced fruit pops up into the bowl. When you're done, you place the cutter back in the lid, and the remaining fruit is pressed through the blades.Pros: It's not just for strawberries. You can use this for a variety of fruits and vegetables. The design makes this very fast to use. One motion and the fruit is sliced. It's easy enough, and safe enough, that it can be used by a range of ages and strength levels.The small size makes for easy storage. It's also really easy to clean.Cons: None that I've noted.Honestly, I love this cutter. My family is a little strawberry obsessed. Especially when we do strawberry shortcake, it takes forever to cut them all. This is a game changer. It makes life so much easier.

I love sliced strawberries and this device makes it easy to have lovely uniform chopped strawberries. One of my favorite desserts is sliced strawberries on vanilla ice cream and in the summer I like to put them in my salads. With this product you can just chop all the berries you want at once and then put them in a container. Slicing the strawberries by hand is time-consuming comparatively. I like that it has the push piece to get all the berries up out of the blades as the last step. Note that the directions are on the box, there is no insert so you may want to store the Slicer in the box. You can also use it for other soft fruits and vegetables. Very affordable as well.

I didn’t have any fruit on had so I tried it with a hard boiled egg. It sliced them evenly and without ripping it apart. You do need to go slow when pressing down. It’s not a fancy slicer you can just slam down quick to cut things. It’s easy to clean with the brush but no so easy to dry the blades. You don’t want the blades to stay wet or they may developed rust spots. It’s small enough to fit in the cupboard with your dishes without taking up too much space.

One of the things that holds us back from eating more strawberries in our home is the effort of slicing them. This device makes quick, effective, and safe work of it for you. You simply remove the strawberry green then set in on the colored base and then press the cup portion down over the top. Once filled it is easy to dump out your collection of perfectly sliced strawberries. I am sure you can use it for other fruits or even boiled eggs too. It is easy to clean and is dishwasher safe.
