I received this in the afternoon and have used it twice so far and don't really have any complaints about it except it is a little shaky going up and down but it isn't anything to worry about but it is still stable. It is great for me to clear the down spout gutter of any sticks or leaves, it saved me money of having someone to come out and clean the one gutter. If it wasn't for this ladder I would still have a plugged downspout. It was easy to setup and to take down, make sure you keep your fingers out of the way when retracting the ladder. It is not heavy but it is not lite either but if I can handle it anyone can.I am glad that I got this and would recommend it to anyone who needs a 12.5' ladder now and then. Just don't think that you are getting a 300-400 dollar ladder or you will be disappointed.

We needed a way to access our attic from the entrance in one of our closets, and decided to try a telescoping ladder instead of getting your typical fold-out attic ladder installed (there just isn't much space for something like that inside of the closet). We got the stainless steel version, and it did the job well - it seemed slightly wiggly when extending it, but it was sturdy and stable during use. I had no worries going up and down the ladder inside the closet. It stayed put and didn't skid or slide (we have thin carpet in the closet currently). If you need a ladder for a relatively tight space, this is a good one to get!The only thing I really have against this ladder is the instructions that come with it - parts of it are poorly worded to the point of being useless. There are no other language sections on it, just poorly worded English. The diagram depicting the difference between unlocked and locked button placement shows the exact same picture for both, so I'm not sure what the point of including that is. It doesn't really matter, since how the ladder works is pretty intuitive, and I found that I didn't even need the instructions. But if instructions are going to be included, it would be nice if they made full sense. Some of my favorite excerpts include:"rick assessment""(tireless is a risk)""Scheme 4" (indicating a figure/image - there are a series of numbered images, starting with 4 (where did 1-3 go???) and ending with 9)"The two keys to unlock (schedule 4) ."

Needed a new attic ladder, but the hideaway ladders are expensive so I got one of these. It's collapses and can fit in a closet. A little wobbly by design not because it's not made well

This product works well since it's easy to store in the laundry room leading to the attic, and works for quick trips. But if you are carrying a lot of items, or need to stand on it for long periods you'll definitely want a full ladder. It gets a bit unstable at times and closing it back down is honestly scary as hell (you have to release it section by section and believe me you don't want your fingers caught in there when it falls down).

Tried it yesterday and was a little tricky to open and close and the instructions are a bit confusing. Some of the rungs seemed to get stuck, but eventually closed. In the instructions it says to put 2 hands on upper and another hand somewhere else. Last I checked, I only have 2 hands, lol. It is sturdy enough for my weight and felt fine. Glad I finally have a telescoping ladder to save space and now able to go on top a 9ft. trailer. Only advice is to check your own weight against the limit they recommend.

Shipping, packaging and speed of receipt were great. However, the ladder is VERY dangerous. If you do not used it fully extended, there is not a way to use it without it being top heavy or the bottom step up being too high. This isn't a ladder you can use at any height. It's all or nothing. And when fully extended, it is sketchy. Feels like it will topple over. I want to donate it, but my husband says to just throw it away.

This was the first telescopic ladder I've had. The things I like most about it, is the low price, ease of use, and how compact and lightweight it is. This ladder is easy to store as it takes up very little space. Overall this ladder is stable, well built and solid!

I bought this ladder for a specific job and when I discovered it was too short I started the return procedure. This morning I needed a ladder for a really tight space and took this ladder back out of the box and gave it a try. It worked where others wouldn’t fit.I’m keeping it. It more than paid for itself this morning. Another positive, it won’t take up any space in the garage because it will fit in a closet inside the house. Great product.
