Intalled this on my washer, washer was working like new. This actuator lasted literally one month before it broke. Made sure not to fill washer more than half full. Still broke after only a month of use. If I could give zero stars I would because this is a pain to change out, now I’m going to have to change it out again. Also lasted just long enough to be outside of the window to receive a refund…

If you read my review on the other washing machine part I ordered then you know I am not an appliance repair person. This looks just like the factory component and went in easily. It didn't fix my problem, but then again the old one probably wasn't bad to begin with...lol So, if you are more experienced with this than I am then I assume this part will work great for you. If you don't know what you're doing, put the screwdriver down, get out your checkbook, and call someone to fix it while you watch videos and drink a Dr.Pepper.

Great price and super easy to install. But after installing the first one, we washed 3 loads and then it failed like before (stuck in sensing cycle). Amazon was great about shipping a replacement quickly and it is now installed and working fine. Hopefully the first was just a lemon unit from the factory. I would have rated 5 stars if not for that first failure.

This unit was purchased with a splutch kit that was a combo on amazon. This unit only made it one load before no longer working. It did not seem to have enough power to shift the new clutch unit. It was very slow to engage and made all sorts of noise. The end result was the gears not meshing and a loud grind noise. It and the clutch kit were returned.
