First off, there’s 2 pockets in the bag. The front one that’s black will not block the signal. It’s only to hold the key fob if you want it to work which attached to something. There’s another pocket that’s light in color behind the first. The opening is closer to the fold were the male velcro is. This pocket will block the fobs’ signal and works fine. I tried it multiple times and even touching the door of the car and it won’t open.Product works. Many of the other one star reviews seem to not know that there are 2 pockets in the pouch. Just look at it closer. I have a Subaru key fob and it fits with plenty of room to spare but I doubt more then one fob would fit. It doesn’t look lie it will fall apart easy but time will tell for that.

My husband would put his keys in his pockets and then the car would roll down windows or unlock without pushing buttons. This works perfectly for the accidental touches!

I like to hide my spare key in my cars. That way, if I lose my key fob while I'm 100 miles from home, I can remotely open door or call AAA. These Faraday bags are perfect. I slipped the fob on the bag, and touched the door handle. No response. Had the bag in my left hand.One caution.. there are 2 possible places to slide the fob into the bag. One is OUTSIDE the shield and the other is inside. Easy to make the mistake.This is an either works or doesn't item. This works!!! For those that day it doesn't... put the fob in the right place and check again.

My son's car key has a button that you press to make the key pop out, but the button releases the key with just the little bit of pressure in a pocket. The key kept poking holes in his pocket, so, for a while, he clipped the key to his belt loop. Recently the key popped open and caught on his vehicle, which bent and ruined the key. It will cost $300 cost to replace the key. This sleeve is small enough to contain the key and slide into a pocket. He loves it!

Works great! With the keys in this pouch I stood right next to the car and the door wouldn't open.
