it is good quality and a good tight fit when installing but when i went to shut the tailgate, it was very very tight. I ended up having to push the tailgate in to release it before it would open. I keep hoping it will loosen up but still super tight after a month.

Comes with two plastic pieces already in the rubber. Just put the rubber in place and screw it in. When the plastic eventually wears out, you’ll have two extra plastic pieces and two extra screws.
