I love this new toilet. It does everything you need. Warm water wash and dryerI hope soon I can get one for the master bath.Being tankless it has a modern lookI said need professional installation.

Very easy to install. Instructions are clear with pictures. Wax ring is provided. The nuts stoppers are plastic and not adequate, I suggest getting a pair of oval washers that seal that hole because the toilet is open in the back, and anything living or traveling in the sewer (think of brown nasty critters) will come up, should the holes not be sealed. Its heavy! The connecting valve says is 7/8" but that did not fit my previous connector. The 1/2" provided worked, I got a sharkbite coupler to connect it and removed the 3/8".The Leds are multi color!!! The knob changes that to any color you want. I am very satisfied with the bidet, it works very nice, for me (backdoor, man). I did try the feminine wash and I was left very confused as it kept hitting the back door. I guess hands will be used. The nozzle has 4 extension modes, but the max length it goes will not hit your woman parts. There is not a lot of space to move in that little bowl.What I like:Multicolor leds, temp display.When you sit, pre flushes. Before drying flushes again.The foot sensor lifts the lid, and flushes! Awesome for guys.Different settings for wash dry etc.The cliker is easy to set up and use.Very strong flush.Comfortable.Good Looking toilet.Quality Materials.What I did not like:It does not have a water filter.The connector it brings isn't standard.The infrared sensitivity cannot be dialed down a bit.No real measurable difference between feminine wash and rear wash.Nozzles do not extend more.Dryer feels nice, but it doesn't dry your tush.Power plug could come with a 90 degree bend.As of durability and customer service should one have issues, time will tell. Flushing is strong and not quiet, rest of functions are very quiet. I am very happy with it and recommend it!!!! I feel anybody should be able to install this but if you are not sure, call a plumber.

Everything works installing it was a breeze. One thing I did notice make sure the lines are not bent and your house water pressure is up as well. The seat warmer and the aroma therapy are some of the best features

The pros are limited but exist...1) It's beautiful to the eye.2) The heated seat doesn't disappoint.3) Lighting outside/inside is perfect.4) Automatic cover rise. *Cons:1) It's 2 pre drilled holes on the side of the item that serves no purpose.2) The adhesive given to mount the remote ONLY stuck for 3 days.3) The automatic flush is not present. It has not stayed activated.4) Using the remote to flush, it takes many presses of the button to ACTUALLY flash.5) Automatic cover rise, yet there's no button to turn it off. * Example: If you want to place ur towel on the cover while in the tub. It will continue to rise.6) A filter (or deodorizer) was given. Yet no guidance on where it's to be placed.7) The feminine cleaning is too high.Honestly, I feel this entire unit should be recalled. I would try to send it bk back it's time sensitive and my handyguy is out of town at the moment. That's the only way to have it removed. I should have ran when the title said "upgraded".

This is a great toilet. Only down fall was the blue bulb in the toilet went out quick. Pressure is great. 4 settings on each, water, temp heated seat and air dryer.

I’m so glad my first toilet purchased was damaged in transit and sent back! I changed to this toilet and so far, best purchase on Amazon to date! Lights change according to the water temp and/or flushing. Sensors work great and the remote is a plus. Can’t speak to the bidet yet bit the air blower is awesome.
