It’s the exact same size as the official Bambi plate. It works just the same if you ask me. It’s simply cheaper. I’m sure whatever makes the official plate better is very minimal and negligible.However, if you’re buying a new Bambu printer I would double check to see if it comes with a textured plate. Because apparently they’ve been including those now.

Very sleek build plate with no visible markings or branding. Keep in mind your printer may throw an error because of this as bambu automates some settings by the markings. Comes well packaged and protected with protective plastic peel for smooth side, packaging sleeve, hard plastic corner protectors, and a cardboard layer. Was very happy with all that care for a $20 plate.As for the plate itself, it's about half the price of the bambu option. It feels lighter weight than the stock textured PEI plate and that is no doubt where the cost cutting comes from. But you are still getting a great product for the price. The smooth PEI is good for printing something like PA6-CF where you have to use glue not to adhere the print but prevent the part from destroying the plate as you remove it. The smooth surface makes cleaning off residue between prints very easy. Of course it also comes with a textured PEI side which is nice. Definitely recommend.

This build plate offers a unique surface texture that leaves interesting patterns on the bottom layer of prints, which is a fun bonus for certain projects. However, adhesion isn’t as strong as PEI plates, so prints might lift during longer jobs. I added a layer of nano adhesive, which noticeably improved adhesion while keeping that textured finish intact. Overall, it’s a cool option if you want something different from the typical textured or smooth finishes, though it might need a little help to get prints to stick as firmly as they would on other plates.

This build plate is AMAZING. I gave this plate a quick wash with some dawn power wash, hit it with some IPA and I went to printing. Did not add any adhesives to the plate and this thing holds amazingly. I've ran PLA and PETG on it with no adhesion issues what so ever. If you're looking for a great plate at a great price, don hesitate and click buy now!

The plate I received was packaged nicely in a thick cardboard sleeve without any damage. I queued up a print (a small storage box) and after quick wash with soap and water, installed the plate on my printer with the carbon fiber pattern ready to go.After setting up the print and (MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS) leveling the bed, the print came out flawlessly with a gorgeous carbon fiber look. Doing a bed level every time I put this build plate on has eliminated any errors I encountered.Love the texture this adds to my prints!

The point is to not use glue sticks and hairspray.This was a total failure.Looks cool, flexible, leaves behind a cool graphic if it did print correctly.
