Ordered this as a better way to yank carpet staples and leftover nails from carpet tack strips out of a wood floor. Does the job much better than trying to pry these things out with a flat-edge screwdriver. Thought it was kind of nifty how it came in its own gift box. Plastic handle is easy to hold, though a silicone grip-style handle would've been nice. Tool works without the prongs or shaft bending. Appreciate the little soft plastic end cap to cover up the sharp points of the forked pry end.

Tried pulling chair fabric staples with pliers, hammer, small screwdriver....really tough to get staples out....used this tool and wow....pulled every staple out so easy and simple. Great tool!

Wish I had bought this long ago. This tool has saved my hands & wrists from pulling staples out of boat seat upholstery

Update: I recently used this to pull staples out of my floor when we decided to remove carpet and put in vinyl planking. It worked awesomely!This little gem even came in a jewelry box! I’ve never reupholstered anything and when I decided to recover my dining chairs I found there was a million staples in them. Ugh. A friend told me I needed a tool like this. The right tools make the job so much easier. It was perfect. It’s well made and I think will last me many years.
