LD00014-160MM tabletop label dispenser

Speed up your labeling process while still being highly efficient and precise, thanks to the LD00014-160MM semi-automatic label dispenser. Automatically dispensing the next label when the previous one is removed; this speeds up your labeling process and is compatible with a wide range of labels. You can set the desired length and operation speed using the adjustable knobs for accuracy and reliability.

Easy to use industrial label machine

This printed label dispenser requires no tools for the label changeover or label size adjustments making it fast and easy to use. No operator training or tools are required to use this label dispensing machine making it the perfect choice for your business.

Warm Tips:

This machine is suitable for various types of labels with a thickness of more than 5 filaments, but cannot be used for cloth labels.

The glassine backing paper of the label must not exceed 0.5mm and cannot have perforated lines.

Configuration I for Small Core Diameter

Available for Small Core Diameter from 10 mm to 75 mm (0.39 to 3 inches).
The machine has its own protection function. If the motor is blocked or stuck, the protection function will be activated to avoid burning circuit components or motors, etc.

Configuration II for Large Core Diameter

Available for Large Core Diameter ≥75 mm (3 inches).
The large core diameter roller can adjust the tension by hand, to solving problems such as soft labels that are difficult to peel off, and the loosening of labels that affect peeling.

LED Display Label Counter

4-Digit LED display label counter, which can count labels from 0 to 9999.
The label counter has memory to keep the label amount when unplugged.
If you press the reset button, the quantities will be reset to zero.

Easy Operation

Fully adjustable for length and speed, you can adjust the speed and length knobs until the desired settings of the label feed are achieved.

Not for any type of production in my experience. Have had this just over a year and looking for another dispenser. Labels will "walk" away from the frame as they dispense and soon the backing extends past the end of the take up reel and soon breaks. Stop everything and refeed and wrap around the take up reel. We have timed it and with the breakage and walking of the labels it is almost faster for us to just hand apply from the roll. All this for only to only apply 50 or so labels. Too bad as I really wanted this to work.

We use a lot of these but ones that cost a lot more. So I gave this one a try at less than 1/2 the price of the others. I didnâ€™t have high expectation. Seem a little lower quality / get what you pay for. But to my surprise we received it and have been using it for about a month and it is still working. Not the highest quality but it works. The decal on the front with the button was all crooked and loose. Pulled up and stuck it down in the right spot.UPDATE: I am happily surprised! After over a year of operation it is still running with no issues besides the front decal that goes over the display. Keep in mind this is used in a meat packing plant and we put thousands of labels on and this this has held up.
