my new motherboard did not have bluetooth so i got this so i can use wirless controllers and headsets again it worked well my pc intantly picked it up and tied it in works great

Instructions say turn off machine Bluetooth before connecting. Now mouse and keyboard do not operate?

No problems at all. The computer didnt have BT before, now it does. Once installed Windows offers BT just like as if it was built in.

I tried, I read the models it says it works with. No such luck. Ohh well. May work well when it works… but doesn’t work with models noted.

My controller doesn't disconnect from my PC anymore. That was the reason I bought this item.

I purchased this to extend my range for Bluetooth devices connected to my Home Assistant setup. This was immediately detected and devices transported right over. Additionally some of the devices that were inconsistent connections became rock solid. Good device.
