I have two of these now that I use on desktop PCs as USB hubs with card reader. I can't say they are the speediest hubs, but they seem to be well made with a metal case. I use these to plug in wireless keyboard/mouse dongles as well as USB drives. I do not use the HDMI feature of these hubs and cannot testify to it's image quality or speed. I think these are a quality product at a reasonable price and have plans to buy a couple more for other PCs. These work for all my needs with zero issues. The only nitpick I could level against them is the cord is a bit shorter than I would care for.

When I first connected it to my Dell PC it came back with a message of unsupported may not work. Dell said if it works ignore message

This is a very nice connection hub for a MacBook Air. The ports are so limited on the computer that you need a device like this to connect anything to your Mac. It appears to be very well made and works extremely well! Happy with purchase!

I recently purchased a MacBook Air and learned that there are on 2 ports. I saw the USB -C hub and knew that the hub would increase the amount of ports needed for a MacBook. I like the card reader and the multiple USB ports that will allow me to connect various devices to my computer. This USB hub is vital for functionality because I use more than just USB C while operating my laptop.

My computer set up is a real miss-mash. My desktop is old and was built for my specifications at that time, but works perfectly, it just lacks ports, especially USBs. I have two printers, one for printing and one as a scanner and don’t forget the USB music speaker because my monitor doesn’t have sound. I also have a USB lava lamp, but no USB to plug it into. Hence, when I saw this 9 in 1 USB multiport adaptor, I could see my future being re-arranged.I chose this model because it has the right number of USB 3s, some USB 2s which are prefect for my printers, cards slots so I can easily send data to and from my phone and camera (sending data to my phone is very difficult before today). I’m also thinking of upgrading the monitor, so the addition of an HDMI is wonderful; the rear of my computer doesn’t offer this option.The top motivator for me was the addition of a USB C, which will get plenty of use. I looked at a variety of models when this one popped up and met my needs – many of the other models available for less money missed one or two of the essentials.Needless to say, it arrived earlier today and by tonight everything is running smoothly and my USB lava lamp is back in action.
