Files App ( iOS 13 or later)
- Files app is an important app which can transfer files between your memory card to your iPhone & iPad.
- Data from your iPhone is “on my iPhone” and data of memory card is on “Untiled” (or "NONAME", which is the name of your memory card)
- You can view data and transfer the data between memory card and iPhone.
- Files app not only manager can videos and photos, but also manage music, PDF, word, or Excel, etc.
- 1. Insert a memory card into the reader. Turn on iPhone & iPad and attach the reader to the Lightning port.
- 2. On iPhone & iPad, open “Files” app. You can view the files in your memory card. You can view most files like jpg, MP3, word, excel, ppt and so on. If you can view the files but can’t open it, you may need to download a third-party app to read this file.
- 3. You can delete files or copy and paste files from memory card to your iPhone or iPad. Or coy files from iPhone or iPad to memory card.
- 4. If you can see the data, but not able to open it, you need to download a third-party App to open it.

I love this thing! I recently started using a digital camera and I obviously wanted the pictures. It was so hard to transfer them on my computer so I bought this. I recommend this!! It works with any SIM card. You just plug it into your phone and go to photos. Import should pop up in the right hand corner and you just select the pictures you want!

This is just what I needed. I can take the card right out of my camera, put it into this, plug it into my phone & I have access to all the pictures from my camera. It took me a minute to figure out “where†the pictures went on my iphone, but if you go to “files†& underneath locations, should have something named “unknownâ€. I renamed it to “camera†just so I’d know what it was next time. It explains all of this in the instructions but it’s on a small piece of paper that I almost threw out. So incase someone else can’t figure it out 🤣 There’s also the extra places for other things to be inserted into, which I don’t need at this time but I thought it would be handy to have just incase! Definitely recommend. Super simple to use, affordable & practical 🙌ðŸ¼

Ist nach einmaliger Nutzung kaputt gegangen. Ich konnte mir eine Datei von der Speicherkarte ansehen. Dann „DATEIEN“ auf dem iPhone geschlossen und danach hat das iPhone den USB-C- Reader nicht mehr erkannt. Mein iPad ebenfalls nicht. Größter schritt und dafür ist das Teil extra über Teich geflogen worden.

Am now on my holiday, and find this doesn’t work. Should have tried to put my camera chip into it before I left.
