Present you dual monitors display (Mirror Mode/Extend Mode), which supports HDMI 1 and DP display up to 4K(3840*2160@60Hz,while source is DP1.4).
The resolution will be limited to 30HZ while source is DP1.2.
For Apple laptop,extend mode can only extend one monitor.

Note: For Apple computer users (MAC OS), extend mode can only extend laptop's images. Other monitors only mirror each other. It is the Mac OS system restriction.

Update: While the product failed, customer support was amazing. They offered to send me a new unit or provide me with a refund, outside of my return window. Since I had already purchased a replacement locally, they provided me with a full refund. Thank you very much, I really appreciate the seller going above and beyond to rectify the situation. Would do business with them again, on customer service alone.Great price point and the unit worked as expected for 2.5 months. First sign of failure, one of my monitors would lose signal, and then come right back. Then my webcam would flicker on zoom calls to the point where I just had to keep it off. Now the webcam and both monitors are not working, however 1 of the usb ports seems to still work for my keyboard.Pretty much a paper weight now at 2.5 months as my primary need here is dual monitors and extra usb ports. Will order another brand for replacement.

It worked fine for the longest time. After 7 months I had to jiggle the different ports to get them to work. Here it is just a little of a year and it had stopped working all together! Bad and sad I have to find a different one now!

I purchased this for use with my Dell work computer. I wanted to have an easier way to plug in a monitor, without having to open the little doors and plug it in. I’m constantly having to pick up and go with short notice, so a single plug point is much preferred.Shipping was quick and it came out of the box looking exactly like it said. I keep the monitor plugged into this and it works flawlessly when I plug the micro USB into my computer. For that reason, I’m happy with the purchase. I have experienced an issue with the USB 2.0 plugs on the side though. If I have some sort of external storage device plugged in, it seems to work fine. However, I purchased this for ease of use and wanted to keep my wireless keyboard and mouse plugged into that. This is not an option though, as the key board won’t work and mouse is delayed and jumpy.Overall I feel like this would be handy for multiple monitors, external memory, etc. Since my computer doesn’t have a means of plugging in my monitor, this solved that problem. For my ease of use, this really didn’t solve that. I would still recommend this as a good product, for the most part, with the caution that one shouldn’t plan on using it for wireless accessories.

This dock is a great for the price and basic need for more ports. Working with just a laptop sometimes there's just not enough ports for a full desktop workspace. After two years of it working well all the USB ports stopped working. After working with the seller they sent me a brand new dock that works great. Definitely worth the purchase!

I purchased this multiport hub with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has been a major letdown. Initially, it worked fine for about three months, but then the ports started failing randomly. One day the HDMI port would stop working, the next day it would be the USB ports. This inconsistency has been incredibly frustrating, especially when trying to maintain a smooth workflow.As a business advisor, I rely heavily on my tech to perform without hiccups. Constantly troubleshooting and switching ports has significantly disrupted my productivity. The lack of reliability is unacceptable, especially for a product that simplifies and enhances connectivity.I strongly advise potential buyers to consider other alternatives. Many other brands offer more reliable and consistent performance. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Wanted to find a dongle that had more than 2 usb an and or c ports. Stumbled across this one and while it’s not exactly what I was looking it has the most of both styles of ports that I had found so far. It seems to work just the my Apple one and actually feels kinda premium. It’s light but the anodization makes it feel very soft and not cheap like my other one. Super easy to use of course as you just plug it in. And it doesn’t really matter the size but I guess it’s nice that it has a longer whip than my other ones. Overall would probably buy again

The USB C to Dual HDMI Adapter,7 in 1 USB C Docking Station worked great for several months. I was able to plug 2 monitors in the HDMI ports, my mouse and keyboard.After several months of use HDMI port #2 stopped working.I contacted customer service, did some basic trouble shooting and was sent a replacement unit when it was determined it was defective.Customer service responded in a timely manner and the replacement unit was received quickly as well.I would certainly buy from this seller again.

I’ve been using this daily for work over 5 months.Not much issues except for occasional plug not functioning on startup which I reboot my computer and then works. This happened me 3-4 times over 5 months use.It has new and older plug types which are useful to set up different wires for screens like VGA, DisplayPort, HDMI.I also use a headset for calls and see no issues there either when on phone.Have not tested for games so cannot rate that part.

Update: This product stopped working 4 months after I purchased it. Customer service was fantastic - after going through some brief troubleshooting steps the customer service representative offered to replace the device or provide a refund. As the device was out of production I ended up with a refund and bought the latest version.Since my Surface Pro Dock died, I've tried multiple USB-C hubs to try to connect my 2 new LG monitors to my Surface Pro 7 and 9. I tried Novoo, Alogic, and Anker USB-C hubs and none of them managed to connect more than 1 monitor at a time. I also bought a new Surface Dock 2 which was faulty (power supply intermittently cut out, and only 1 monitor could be displayed) so I returned it. This Selore hub connected both LG HDMI monitors instantly, as well as a USB 2 keyboard and mouse.
