Works great when playing games or working on Quickbooks with my ROG Ally X through a monitor. Gets a little warm but not hot enough to burn you or anything like that.

Updating my original review which scored low because I had received a defective unit. The issue was that the USB ports were nonfunctional on that unit. The replacement appears to work 100% out of the box. I will not quite go to a 5 because electronics that are somewhat expensive should be fully tested before shipping and it doesn't seem possible for a dock to pass quality testing and then fail while in the box. There are no moving parts to physically damage in transit so I can only conclude the quality testing is either not happening or isn't adequate. I will deduct a star for that.Second update: Seller has been incredible in following through to check that I have received my replacement and that it is working. I don't usually see such good follow-up from most manufacturers. I am adding back the star because they expressed intent to enhance their testing processes. I am taking them at their word. I have bought other BASEUS products before (which have been excellent and very well priced) and will again in the future.On to the review of the WORKING unit. I will need to use it for a longer period of time to assess the performance and reliability. As of now, I've only plugged in the replacement and checked that the ports are all working and that the docked notebook can do everything it should be able to do with the devices. All of that is 100% The other thing I will note is that I do like the form factor of this dock. It's not too huge but it does have a nice selection of ports on the front and rear. I also like the indicator lights to show what's connected.My only complaint so far -- and I might have deducted a point for it, had I not already deducted one for the inadequate quality control, and don't want to take this down to 3 stars -- is that the cable to the computer is built into the dock. I really HATE built in cables on ANY device. Given a choice between that and a similarly capable device with a removable cable that plugs in via some kind of STANDARD port, I'll always choose the removable cable option. If I find the supplied cable to be too short or too long, a removable one allows me to remediate that. Can't do that with this one. Also, cables do experience wear and tear and sometimes run into problems before the unit itself is dead, and being able to replace it is a nice thing. It's not a deal-breaker for a nice dock, but it does give it one small disadvantage against a comparable device with a removable cable.On BaseUs as a company, I have used some of their other products, particularly chargers, and this is the first time I've gotten anything that didn't work or failed. I like the design of their stuff and when you receive a working device they seem to be good quality, good design, and quality components. I also have to speak well of their support. I didn't even bother to contact them -- I just initiated a return with Amazon. They saw my previous review and contacted me to see what they can do to correct the situation, i.e. refund, replacement, or tech support. I like that. Often I don't get a contact from a company when I report a problem in a review. I have a feeling their support would have been 100% responsive had I contacted them, and the contact info for support was right on the device itself -- nice!! I would usually have to go looking for it online. That tells me they're ready to give support. Also, when they contacted me, it wasn't like most the other few who contacted me, usually with something like "please take off the low rating -- what can we do to buy a better score?" (paraphrasing :D) -- no, BaseUs never asked me to change my review or score. They only asked how they can help make me happy with the product. That's the right way to do it. Begging to fix the score tells me a company is more worried about sales than customer service. Not an issue here!! I'd give them 1/2 extra star back for that.

I searched through dozens of hubs to find one that fit my use case - I have two different laptops that I periodically have to swap into my dual-monitor desktop setup, one of which has only a single USB-C port. This unit has dual-HDMI outputs, allows for PD charging (you need a separate power brick and USB cable), and has enough USB ports to allow me to leave a keyboard, mouse, headphone dongle, and webcam attached. As others have noted, it does get a bit warm, though not enough to burn or be of real concern. The one issue I have with the unit is the USB-C connector - it's an integrated cable, and it's short. One of my laptops has its USB-C port on the left, and the other has it on the right, and the integrated cord on this unit isn't long enough to reach both from a single position, which means I have to constantly flip it over when I swap laptops, resulting in a tangle of cords. And if anything goes wrong with the integrated cord, the whole unit will be useless. I'd much prefer to be able to use a longer cord. Otherwise, it's a great unit for the price.

bought this for our home office setup. It works great. Get a 100w power supply and you are all set. My wife and I use it with work and personal laptops and each connects and functions without any issue.

The quality of the product is very good. Meet my expectations and is very easy to use. It has the enought number of porst to use with plenty of Usb in a very nice design. Also the speed is good and it heats a lot during usage.

Fails do to pd to my rog ally and when I have keyboard mouse monitor plugged in it would just keep cycling through everything power pd fails to delivery on my power bank shows 50w then 5w then it resets not sure if I just got a bad unit but send like a quality issue.There is no issues if you use a power brick but not sure if it's a pd issue or quality issue.Update:After customer service wants to prove me wrong they decided to send me a unit for me to test looks like i had a bad sample unit on my first purchase but customer service is excellent and stood by their product.After hevey testing with the orignal ssd using a 10gbps adapter and a 165hz screen and my anker 737 power bank it's a great on the go dock for when you need to whip out a decent spec handheld into a monitor while being powered by a battery bank.

When I plug my ethernet cable in the hub, I see lights so physical connection seems to be working. However Windows can't detect any network cable. My older usb-c hub ethernet port is working with the same cable.

Ich habe dieses Produkt als Vine-Tester bekommen.Getestet wird: Baseus 11-in-1 Dockingstation 3 Monitore mit 2*HDMI 1*DP 4K@60Hz, 2*USB-A 1*USB-C 10Gbps, 1 Gbps Ethernet, 100W PD, 1000Mpbs WLAN, Bildschirmsperrtaste, Kompatibel für Laptop Dell/HP/Mac/Lenovo/AcerDie Dockingstation kam ordentlich und gut verpackt an. Nach dem Öffnen des Kartons sieht man gleich die Wertigkeit der Station. Der erste Eindruck ist sehr gut.Knapp 490 g (mit verbautem Kabel und abnehmbaren Fuß)Optisch macht das Teil auch was her:Auf der Front sind Monitor-Varianten dargestellt, die entsprechend mit LED bestückt sind. Im Bild sind noch die Aufkleber sichtbar (Ohne Aufkleber ist das "Display" dunkel. Die entsprechende Darstellung ist jedoch wie auf dem Aufkleber, wenn das System läuft.Zudem findet man dort zwei USB Ports (beschriftet mit je 10 Gbps).Auf der Oberseite befindet sich ein Button, um das Betriebssystem per Knopfdruck zu sperren. (Wäre hier ein Fingerabdruckleser verbaut gewesen, hätte man es damit auch wieder entsperren können.)Die Rückseite bietet eine Vielzahl von Anschlüssen (HDMI 2x, Displayport 2x, welche je nach System und Anschluss genutzt werden können. Ich benötige nun ein Netzteil mit max 100 Watt, welches ich zusätzlich besorgen muss.Auch das 80 cm lange (festverbaute) USB-C Kabel zum Computer hin ist zwar einerseits gut, andererseits nicht austauschbar oder nur über Verlängerungskabel verlängerbar. Hier ist man dann entsprechend eingeschränkt, wenn das optisch schöne Dock dann doch seinen Platz auf dem Schreibtisch finden soll. Ich nutze einen höhenvestellbaren Schreibtisch. Der genutzte PC ist mit der aktuellen Dockingstation ziemlich weit weg von der Tischoberfläche.Für die kleingedruckte Anleitung brauche ich entsprechend schon gutes Licht und die Fotoapp für die Vergrößerung.
