I needed something to mirror my laptop to the TV to show my family vacation options, and this USB C to HDMI adapter worked perfectly. Just plug it into your laptop, connect an HDMI cord to the TV, and you're good to go. It was super easy to set up, and everything displayed clearly on the big screen. It’s a solid little gadget that comes in handy more often than I expected. Definitely a must-have to keep around for quick screen sharing!

I have a podcast (see my profile pic) and use two 27†tv monitors. I needed to connect them to my MacBook Pro which only uses usb-c connections. I bought these, attached them to the HDMI cable and plugged them into my MacBook. They work fantastic. It’s just plug-n-play.

I bought this in January since my laptop doesn’t have an HDMI port. It worked well for a while. I was hoping it was just the HDMI cord, but I replaced that. My monitor will just go black after being on for a while. I have to unplug and then plug it back up. It is just annoying when I’m in a meeting on my laptop screen and trying to look something up on my monitor to have it go black. Sometimes it will last a few hours; sometimes I have to reset it every 15 minutes.

I really appreciate this thing because when I plug in my hdmi cord in it, it immediately detects and connects to my external display flawlessly and the build quality is pretty good too. And thank you for the gift I really appreciate it!

The connector works very well. The purchase was smooth. I received the item quickly and it is in perfect conditionOne surprise, not related to this item though: usb C to HDMI conversion is for pictures only because I do not hear any sounds. A regular HDMI out from computers carries pictures and sounds at the same time. Do I lose the sounds due to this conversion ?
