When I first plugged this in, nothing happened. I got no connection to my monitors. I searched the Internet for drivers. 20 minutes later, I finally decided to do what I should have to begin with and read the directions. When you plug in the device it appears as a USB device... On that USB device is an executable file that installs a small program and the necessary drivers. DO THAT TO BEGIN WITH!!! Everything works exactly as you would expect once you do that...This is an awesome little feature! Don't be me! READ the pamphlet FIRST!!

HDMI ports sporadically worked until the most recent Windows 11 update. Now both HDMI ports do not work.

Not sure about the quality (looks fine) but it did not work with my laptop and I ended up ordering another one which did work so I think it is not compatible with most of the laptops or computers.

This USB adapter supports multi monitor for a laptop. Works well and the price point is very affordable.A very good adapter.Here is how I rate items:5 Stars = Exceeds all expectations, A definite buy! (Very Rare)4 Stars = Excellent find, you should definitely give it a shot.3 Stars = It works and functions as advertised.2 Stars = A little scary, possibly OK, it may work out.1 Stars = Avoid this product, not worth the effort.
