When you have the unit installed and try to get the cover on it's almost impossible. You have to loosen it up to get the small flimsy catch to engage. Then the whole cover is held down with a (1) small sheet metal screw. Otherwise It's fairly good.

I installed this on my boat only took twice using it and the trim switch just fell apart it is not worth the price. Not to mention the key switch went bad and I had to buy a sea choice switch

Direct replacement with key added. All connectors were plug and play. Included new Instrumentation alarm speaker as well. One hour install and land based functional test was perfect.

Couldn't get any response from vendor on missing piece; but I didn't want to return whole control for just a screw cover missing. The unit fit well but it is very cheaply made I don't expect it to last long.

Shifter was easy to install, but for some reason I have trouble getting it to move trigger
