These are way better than the big boxy ones that you usually see. I had some of those ones and the pins were short and the switches were stiff, so I kept popping them off the breadboard whenever I tried to do anything with them. These ones sink in nice and deep like an IC and the switches are easy to toggle. Definitely recommend these ones for breadboarding.

Pretty good for dip switches! The switches themselves seem a little sticky, I have to yank pretty hard sometimes. I have torn up a few with a screw driver due to this but at least they fit in a breadboard just fine!

Bought to replace a switch from Ben Eater’s 8-bit CPU kit which was too shallow to work well for breadboarding. These switches sit down like any other IC and are very solid. Highly recommend
