- Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearing features a deep drawn, thin-walled outer ring. They are compact bearings with good load-carrying capacity and stiffness, feature low noise, quiet and smooth while working.
- These bearings are especially suitable for high dynamic loads or radial-limited installation. They are mounted with a tight interference fit in the housing.
- Shoulders or snap rings are not required to locate the bearing axially, thus enabling a simple and economic design of the housing bore.
- For various applications such as agricultural and construction equipment, machinery, pumps and compressors, and two-cycle engines, among others.
NOTE:
- Install with a press machine or special tools instead of hammers because beating may lead to local deformation.
- Keep the bearings and working environment clean; pay attention to rust prevention: operate with clean hands, preferably gloves.

I used these to repair my bench mount belt/disc sander upper roller. The bronze bushings on my sander had worn on the upper belt roller. I replaced them with these roller beaings and it works great. I am a littel worried how long they will last in that environment, but they work so much better than the sleeve bushings and they are cheap enough I will prob replace them with a new set if they ever do wear out from dust and grit contamination . So far I am very impressed with them.

Did not use it as a cup bearing. It outside diameter is 11 mm. The same a the plastic insert for the rear window on an old 1983 Bronco window. Works great.

I used these to replace the inner bearing in my X2 pedals. Fiddly process aside, they've been working smoothly since then.
