Working Principle
When the electrical appliance works normally, the bimetallic sheet is in the free state and the contact is in the closed / open state. When the temperature reaches the operating temperature, the contact is opened / closed, and the circuit is cut / closed, so as to control the temperature. When the electric appliance cools to the reset temperature, the contact will automatically close / open and return to the normal working state.

Please Note
1.Do not collapse, loosen or deform the top of cover surface during installation to avoid affecting performance.
2.Do not allow liquid to penetrate into the interior of the thermostat or crack the housing.
3.The thermostat should be stored in a warehouse with RH less than 90% and ambient temperature less than 40 ℃, which is ventilated, clean, dry.

it repaired my "totally dead" microwave, works perfectly. A bad temp sensor disables the whole machine to protect you from fire hazard. Easy to bench test, if your sensor does not pass current when at room temperature, it is bad. Should open the circuit and stop passing current only when excess heat is detected. DO NOT BYPASS THIS SENSOR AS A QUICK FIX!
