- It is recommended that the actual detection distance is less than 70% of the detection distance on the name plate.
- When wiring, do not energized, strictly according to the wiring diagram.Sensor wiring: brown--Power+; blue--Power-; black--signal.
- Only metal objects can be detected, especially for iron metal can be better detected, but the choice of non-iron metal, the detection distance will be greatly reduced.

Somehow the limit switch on my CO2 laser was knocked off and damaged. This was inexpensive and the same switch that was on my laser. Replacing the damaged switch could have been a pain but I did not rout the wire through the drag chain. I cut the damaged limit switch off right at the switch and just use Wago connectors to connect the new switch to the old wire. Done in about 15 minutes and it has worked flawlessly. And a bonus, if the switch gets damaged I can just open the Wago connector and connect the new switch. I would order again but hope to not have to.

Got what I needed. It worked as it should. Had in and had my problem fixed in maybe ten minutes.

replaced a tronxy pl-08n sensor. Now I get a great first layer every time. on spring steel heated bed at 110c in an enclosure with the hotend at 240.

I previously had a PL-08N inductive probe, but it eventually burned out. I ordered this one "thinking" if it was a little closer to the printer bed plate it might be a tad more accurate. I guess I never really thought about how close this would put the probe to the bed plate. At first my nozzle was smacking the bed plate before it would detect. I had to adjust the probe down to the point that it was almost touching the print. It works as advertised and I really can't complain about the product itself. But I would highly recommend you go with the 08n (8mm) vs the 05n (5mm). Just a thought.

Ordered this after the probe from my voron kit just died after a few days. Had this for over a month and still runs well.
