I wasn't real happy when I opened the outer Amazon box and found the box for this item was opened and damaged, but the lunch box seems to be fine. My husband loves it, he works outside as a logger. And now he can have a warm, hardy lunch this winter instead of a cold sandwich. The box just plugs into lighter outlet and heats quickly. So glad I bought this. Would highly recommend for anyone that packs a meal for work or play.

I got this for my husband for Christmas since he works in a factory where the cafeteria doesn’t have the easiest access to microwaves. He’s loved it! He can finally enjoy nice hot lunches. You can plug it into your car or any outlet. Keeps the food hot but doesn’t burn it like you would imagine. It’s pretty cool. His coworkers are all jealous.

The lunch box is a great addition to your daily necessities, especially if you expend a great deal of time in your car. Also if you do not have a microwave in your office, this lunch box is very practical. On the other hand, the company has excellent customer service.

Great lunch box but a bit bulky. The food warms up nicely and it is fairly easy to use. This is super functional for work or even small trips.

Use a few other brands none come close to this. It gets hot fast and in 1 hr my food was steaming hot!

I work in construction and if you are a tradesman yourself, you'll know how nice it is to have a warm, hot meal for lunch, so I was excited for this product. When I first unboxed it, I was happy to see the design and how it worked, but within a few minutes as I was trying to latch the top, one of the latches ( there are 4 in total) sadly broke right off! I was not even able to use the product and its already falling apart. After that, I wanted to see how well it would latch still having just 3 out of 4 of the latches, but I think I could see the issue and why it broke. It appears that the top lid just doesn't fit correct to the body of the box, almost like the lid is just a little too big or warped, therefore I think the added pressure of the lid not seating into the body of the box all the way caused one of the latches to break. I really wonder if the others are going to break as well, but as of now I still have 3 out of 4. I will say this thing comes with a 120 v outlet plug or a car adaptor to use it, I decided to plug it in to 120v outlet and it worked great for my lunch. It heated up my pot roast in about 20 minutes and I was very nice to eat a nice warm lunch. So despite the one broken latch, it does appear to work still, but sadly the lid still has a small gap so I'll have to be careful so that it doesn't tip over.
