It's a simple part. There's little that can go wrong, right? But, within two months of putting this part in, it failed. Completely. The check valve stuck closed, allowing no vacuum in either direction, and the housing had begun to distort. I've never seen a check valve fail in this way. Not recommended.Update: Upon further inspection, it's evident the valve body was assembled with hot-melt adhesive, absolutely unsuitable for use in a hot engine compartment. Additionally, the diaphragm had adhered to the valve's orifice, blocking vacuum flow in both directions. Avoid this part.

I had this product and put it on my wife’s car 2001 Audi TT Quattro and it worked great for about two days and then I guess the engine heat deformed it made it on inoperable. Ordered one from the factory in the same position that this one was in. I've had it on it for about three months. Works perfect nothing wrong with it. Poor craftsmanship from the manufacture.

I wanted these to be good but they are not. I ordered two. Neither of them held vacuum or pressure. I kinda got one of them to function by blowing though it one way really hard, but it os still unpredictable. Disappointed. Going to get URO brand and see if I have better luck.

I installed this on my Volkswagen and it seemed good. A week later I hear a high pitch noise coming from my engine bay and found this split into two pieces. Maybe I got a defective one but I wouldn’t recommend this.
