The good news is they programmed without a hitch and return the correct manufacture's chip id. So the chips are likely genuine.Bad news, the chips are retreads. Look like they have been blacktopped and re-laser marked. They come not blank, but with previously programmed data.However, if you need some eeproms in a hurry with no worry about retuning them if they don't work, then these are still a great choice. With eeproms they are erased automatically during the programming process. So, not coming blank is no big deal.
