Vent hose doesn't fit 2006 Avalanche 1500. The plastic on the new canister broke when I tried to force it! Also, the bottom isn't flat, so I couldn't secure it to the bracket. I would ask for a refund, but I purchased it in November 😡

Product is defective and it doesn't fit like oem at all alot off modification need to get finished and them to top it all of doesn't fit the plug in let to wide

Back of canister was bowed out not flat so it did not fit in bracket. Hoses did not fit at all. Looks like someone made it in there back yard.2005 avalanche 5.3l.

The smaller vent hose does not fit, had to modify for it to fit, would recommend oem

The smaller vent port in this aftermarket part is of a slightly larger diameter than the original GM part. It was impossible to seat the hose fully until it clicked. I ended up pushing it down the best that I could and I’m hoping that it won’t pop off. So basically if it doesn’t fit an 04 Hummer H2, it won’t fit an Escalade, Yukon, Tahoe, Suburban etc from that era. The only reason I’m not returning it is because it was a huge pain taking out the old one and I don’t want to do it again. We’ll see if it lasts. I’m guessing that it won’t.
