I was looking for a long time for a tool that would crimp and cut any Cat5/6 jacks. Leviton makes one and I have used it but you need different parts for different jacks and the jack itself is expensive. Legrand has a pretty inexpensive tool that is very fast at terminating jacks. This was our go to but supply was hard to find. So we bought WBox jacks which is a ADI house brand but they did not have a speed tool to terminate until now. This is the tool that works with those jacks and you just cant beat the pricing on the Jacks. The Cat6 jacks are standard size and fit into most wall plates, these jacks are longer and not wide like the ICC jacks. These fit nicely in the 24 or 48 port rack mount patch panel. If you terminate a lot of Cat6 jacks, this tool will speed up the process.

I've been in IT for 30 years and have done my share of running cable and punching it down. This makes it super simple. Switching to the keystone setup works very well as you can use the tool to perfectly punch all 8 down at the same time into the keystone then snap the keystone into the patch panel. Way easier than taking the whole panel down or panel modules and punching each wire down. Really speeds up the process and allows for easy repair.

Only downside is that the connectors don't line up and you have to find the right spot to crimp down. Still way easier than the alternative.

I needed to finish patching all of the cat 5 jacks in my house. This tool made the crimping/punch-downs of the jacks super easy. I only did about 50 jacks, but worth the time and consistency. Great construction.

I found this tool to be great for terminating RJ45 keystone jacks when you don't have enough wire to place it in an adequate spot to punch down. It will also save you a lot of time on big projects. I definitely recommend it.

Worked great with the keystones it was supplied with. Haven’t been able to find any other keystones that work with it. Hopefully that will change.

It's taken 5 years, but this helped me finally retrofit my house for hardlines and PoE. All you have to do is line up the cable ends to code, jigger the keystone into the crimp carefully and ka-crunch. One press to push and cut. 3x the time savings and my fingertips aren't swollen after the 10th terminal pair. That and I did all of it in a half day. An extra bonus was that the keystones that came with the tool were actually certified and snapped in so easily. This makes a huge difference when building mass terminal panels and termination hubs. This unit is a bit long to handle in a crawl space. Still do-able, though. The biggest issue is the blade carriage. It took forever to find a replacement cartridge and a 45deg set. I would ask that they list an option for the carriage as well or add a listing for spares or 90 and 45 combo sets. I cannot always rely on a client to have the same equipment that I'd need for a job as the expectations.Huge nod that the addons weren't knockoffs and the case. This makes a sold gift to an apprentice or someone getting into networking. That or in the emergency repair kit in the server room. Right next to the special hammer.

This unit works really well. The 90 deg is very useful specially in tight spots. I have yet to have a bad crimp from this unit. Comes with multiple connectors as well. Really like this unit.

For the price it works well. Minor nit: the wire trim blades shave a thin layer of plastic off the sides of the jack, does not hurt the functionality of the tool or the jack.
