I picked these up to use in my half helmets, hoping to eliminate the heavy ringing in my ears for hours after I get off of my Road King CVO... I wasn't sure when I bought them, but they're so cheap, why not try and it's Amazon after all.I'm so happy I ordered two pairs! I was giving a pair to one of my buddy's to try out as well, after my first ride, I decided to keep both pairs for two of my helmets in particular! My first ride and I was seriously blown away how well they worked! I did still get air in my ears, but it was cut down enough that I literally experienced ZERO ringing in my ears after getting done with a two hour ride!I'm going to cut a small piece of cloth and fold up to slip into each side pocket, just to make them press just a tad more on each ear, I think it would be even better! I'll probably cut up a piece of an old tee shirt or a handkerchief or something like that to about 1/4" thick. That ought to be perfect. Though seriously, they worked well without it, I just think it would make it a tad easier to block out a little more of the noise, even though it was already enough not to make my ears ring...As to the worthiness of utilizing with speakers for the bluetooth, I can't address that, I don't use them. At least not yet... Anyway, if you are thinking these might be better than shoving a couple ear plugs in your ear, I say it's way better!! And I won't lose these, like I do ear plugs! They attach easily in to my helmets!

They fit my helmets well without any modification. They accept the speakers of my intercom communications system. They also act to reduce wind noise.

Although this item was easy to install, a close to perfect fit and seems to be of real good quality material, one of the most important things was forgotten during manufacturing, seems someone forgot to leave a small slot for the microphone, but with a good razor knife that issue was taken care of, other than that one slightly major issue considering the price I cannot complain one bit and being paired with the BT11 (5.3) Bluetooth headphones it is both comfortable and loud.

Padding makes them too thick. Purchased these and another aftermarket set byLamborsafe. The Vega is comfortable until you put glasses on. After approx 15 minutes I was getting a massive headache because the padding of these was squashing my glasses arm againt my temple. Had to remove them while on a trip. So bought a pair of wired earbuds and plugged intot he Sena clamp for the remainder of the trip. After getting home installed the same Harley/Rockford speakers in theLamborsafe ones and installed. Their issue is tehy don't have a long enough tab to keep them in the helmet. The velcro keeps them in place. But the padding is much thinner and didn't do the same issue with the glasses. Vega, if you are listening improve these with cleareance for glasses neart the temple area. Then they would be great. Other wise go for the Lamborsafe ones first.

These were exactly what I needed for my half helmet. They fit right between the shell and the padding. They had velcro flaps to hold my speakers, keep the major road noise off my ears. LOVE them even in the super hot months.

These seem to be made well but I couldn't use them. I have an older headset with bigger speakers and there was no way I would be able to strap my helmet on with the speakers in them. They probably would be great with thinner speakers.

Of course because of the thickness of the pads, your helmet will feel a little tighter but still very comfortable. The fact that the speakers do not touch your ears directly, it make these pads a real + when riding and listening to music in total comfort. I really love these.

These work well enough and hold communicator speakers as intended. The do however have a rigid exterior side and a Velcro strip to secure to the strap assembly of your helmet. Not the highest quality but functional. Unfortunately Sena doesn’t sell them separately anymore and will only sell theirs ina kit with the communicators. I didn’t need another kit just the ear pockets. this was the only option so it will have to do until I find something more appealing.
