Has a nice looks and not overly shiny. Sometimes the buttons take a few touches to wake the screen up and sometimes has a delay when you are tapping on the numbers. Did have my first one stop functioning but the company was helpful and sent me a new one without issue. The second one I have hasn't had any issues and worked well. The numbers are very visibly and easy to read. The app is very easy to use and work well. Do wish it had a larger distance to unlock from the app and wish it would say whether the door was locked or unlocked but overall a good product.

Our old lock broke and we purchased this as a replacement. We had tondrill.am extra hole but once installed works great and easy. I do wish the app worked when away from home to let others in though.
