This book light is the perfect everything....size, weight, brightness, flexibility, versatility. It fits in my purse when travelling. It can bend quite small for traveling but extends out perfectly for reading. The lights are versatile in their ability to spread out or consense. Can't say enough good things about it!!

This little light is perfect for reading in bed or anywhere with dim lighting. I use it daily, and the charge holds for about 2 weeks. It's easy to recharge--no wasteful batteries!I purchased my first one about 5 years ago, and it finally gave out on me, so this is my second purchase.It's not extremely lightweight due to the power pack, but it's not too heavy either. I love that the lights separate so you can light up both pages or not.

I haven’t tried the other products but I really love these Vekkia lamps.I’ve recommended them to fellow bookworms, puzzlers, crocheters and now YOU.Worth every penny! 😊â¤ï¸â€”— Short story version ——My two lights (amber and bright):• still work perfectly fine.• can be low or high dim to various levels of brightness• hold a charge for several hours (or mine does anyway)• don’t take long to charge. I know it’s less than an hour but I never thought to time it hahaI’ve alternated between my lights about 1-3 hours every night for the last 2 years. They last throughout the week, so I think about 5-7 hours each.I’ll keep track of times (use and charge) to update later.—————- Long Story Version ————-Long story:In 2020, my husband bought me a Vekkia light (the amber version) so I could read while he slept.I used it 1-3 hours every night for about 2 years and it still works!! Holds a long charge…my opinions anyway. I’m able to get through 3-4 nights before charging again.I loved my Vekkia amber light so much that I bought this brighter version in 2022 for doing puzzles and crocheting.I have used it every other night (alternating between the two lights) for 2 years.I get a few more hours of use, per week, than with the smaller amber light 😊

I have 2 of these incredible little lights! I absolutely love how mobile and flexible they are...and I can take them anywhere along with what I am currently reading. I am one of those who still enjoys an actual book in my hands...and this Vekkia light is perfect. It has a strong clip that clips right on the book, has a variety of lighting from dim to bright; and offers soft, amber tones or clear brighter tones. The neck can be adjusted easily as well as the two lights, which can be moved together or spread out to light up both sides of your book or reading material. Love how I can recharge it with the cord that is included. Each charge lasts a long time. This light is flexible, sturdy and well made & designed. Also reasonably priced!It is a great reading "companion" whether you are reading in normal day light...or a totally dark room without disturbing anyone. Has low, medium and high light, which is great to choose from and I love that it is adjustable. Makes seeing all of the music easy. Love it and the clip on is very sturdy.

Well I got back into the habit of reading. Intend to read on my night shifts and being respectful to my coworker (who like lights dim) I’ve had to try and make it work.Whilst being on vacation at time I got into a nighttime ritual of bed time reading. Only problem was - unless I faced a certain way my bed table lamp didn’t accentuate the words enough to make out.So! I found this on Amazon.It is FANTASTIC. It lit it perfectly on the most modest light setting. I didn't even need to adjust the light (as it widens out if necessary).I would say it’s not heavy and suits well for a hard cover book. For a soft cover you may have to attach it to a hefty set of pages to balance it but lot a problem. On hard covers just at the back does it well.May get another for my aunt!Do recommend !
