Due to a water pressure regulator leak, I had to cut open a section of wall larger than the original 8 by 8 panel I had in the spot. So, I needed a panel longer with the same 8-inch width. This was the only panel I could find in an 8-inch width size that was longer. As far as panels go, this is a pretty standard hard plastic type panel. One thing I like about this particular panel is that it has a door style panel that opens on a hinge as opposed to the one I had before where you have to pull the cover off completely. The door panel can also be removed as well, if needed. The door is slightly more difficult than it should be to open though as there is no way to grab and pull it open on the door itself. It would have been nice if there was a small handle on the door to open.Other than having to cut the drywall to fit, that is about all there is to installation. Depending on your preference, you can use a glue or double-sided tape to hold the frame in place, if you cannot get the cut tight to fit. One thing I wish that this (and other panels) had would be a deeper inner frame so you could screw mount into a stud.Overall, this panel meets expectations and works for the purpose of providing a larger access to the inner working inside my basement wall.4 stars

I needed a small access door for a shut off valve that was located in the wall in an apartment building. This fit perfectly next to the toilet. Well made and easy to install.

Easy to install access panel, however it is not as pictured. There is no indentation for your finger to assist with opening the panel door. You either have to use a screwdriver or attach your own pull handle (or drill a hole). My panel sits behind my TV so it makes it a struggle to open without a finger depression. See attached pics (again does not match seller photo-I attached their photo too).

I found this product to feel a little cheap. It was also surprisingly wide which made it harder to put into the wall, since I had the wood structure behind the gyprock right where the pannel had to go I had to cut part of it to have it fit properly.

Se ve de buena calidad, lo querÃa para usar solo la tapa sin marco (que es lo que mide 20x20) para cubrir el hueco de quitar una rejilla de la cocina que ya no necesito.Cumple para ese cometido.
