These are the best in my opinion, the Velcro closure could be a little more snug, but even with that they still stay in place pretty well, the foam is so dense but thin so they offer great protection and they are very comfortable.

These are very nice, well-made elbow pads. They appeared to be hard plastic in the picture but they feel more like hard cardboard with fabric coverings. I personally like the materials outside and inside the elbow. Love the cutout hole to reduce pressure on the inner elbow. And it fits great with no discomfort. My one complaint is that the inside is not padded enough for my needs. I wish there were a nice layer of foam or even cotton between the protector's cardboard and the fabric covering. There is no padding there at all, and no pocket to insert more myself. Still in all, a good product for lightweight needs.

Use them every time I train Muay Thai. They started out a little tight, but got wider after a couple uses. Totally work it as I can now elbow confidently in sparring knowing I won't cut my teammates forehead open.

I am average in build for a male and on my arms they are FAR TOO tight. They feeling strangulating and almost painful. The material used (some wool?) feels unpleasant on the skin. Many people say this about elbow protectors. They are all made for little kids, not grown people.Good is that the padding is substantial.
