I am pleased with this product.After I tried to force my wand to turn and it made some popping/breaking sounds, my blinds would no longer turn.So, I began investigating online and watching YouTube videos to troubleshoot what went wrong. I noticed these small plastic pieces that fell to the floor. After inspecting the wand controller, I quickly diagnosed the problem and where the small plastic pieces broke from. I spent some time troubleshooting to ensure this was the piece that I needed.After searching all over the web, I found the part at the most affordable price and quickest delivery here. Once I received this piece in the mail (a few days earlier than expected), it was a very simple install and now, my blinds are turning perfectly. I’m so proud of myself! I did not have to bother my clueless landlord who would have probably thought I damaged the blinds beyond repair and may have charged me to purchase new blinds. And I did not have to call a stranger into my humble abode to fix it for me. Yay me!! I love solving problems and I feel like I can tackle the world now! ðŸ˜

This part fit the other blind I have in bedroom but needed it for kitchen sliding door .kept it as back up for other blinds.

The two "hooks" at the end of the two stems were just slight too thick and I had to sand them down. I broke the first one trying fit those in. The second one I sanded down and it fits great.

We needed a replacement wand controller after ours broke, and found this one. We were able to screw it in and attach our old wand to the piece. It's working great without issue now.

Took a few days to arrive, but not too long. It doesn't slide perfectly. I think it may be a tad smaller than the original, but it fit fine without any modification. I'm going to put some graphite on the frame. Hopefully that will help. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
