This is the second headrail I've bought from this company. Very pleased with it. I bought the first one because the original headrail, which came from a big box store, quit working after a year or so. So when I needed blinds for another window, I immediately bought this headrail because I know it will last and work wonderfully. It's very easy to install as well. As long as you measure correctly, the headrail will fit perfectly as mine does. :)

I needed a new headrail for vertical blinds and found that I could order it custom on Amazon, BUT I needed the dimension modified, a little shorter than the standard lengths provided. I contacted the company and they said if I order a longer item, they could cut it down for me, and I should put the requests in the notes. As it turned out there are no "notes" in the Amazon order, but they were kind enough to receive my "special" request after I forwarded them my order number from Amazon. I ordered on Monday and received the completed custom headrail on Thursday (about 350 miles away. Plus the 96 inch long box the new headrail came in was well designed and selected, and protected the contents very very well. For the box alone I would highly recommend them. This is one order, but I will use them again, if possible.

The item arrived a bit late, but the quality of the headrail was worth the wait. Easy to assemble, the perfect size (as custom ordered) and extremely well packaged with all required hardware. At this price, it was far less expensive than having the "custom blind company" to come out and repair the original vertical blinds.

The rail had to be cut down to fit and it was not straight. Measured the window 3 times like instructions say and to not deduct any space from the longest dimension. After using a hack saw and some pliers to get the end piece off, the rail fit nicely and works as intended.

Box was left opened in my driveway. Missing hardware to hang. Basically it’s worthless to me. Can’t return, can’t get refund. A waste of over $100
