Holy cow is this genius. If you make authentic Al Pastor, this is a must have. Three threaded stainless spikes, 8â€, 10†and 12†screw into the nice quality stainless steel pan. It’s super easy to layer the meat and pineapple to produce a mouth watering meal. Versatile in that it can go in the oven, the smoker or on the grill. It cleans up beautifully with minimal scrubbing. It comes with a 8.5†and a 10.5†silicone baster as well as silicone tongs that lock for easy drawer storage. Impress your guests!

This Vertical Skewer makes for super easy and equally delicious shawarma and al pastor. Love the oversized 13†base to collect drippings and mix with the meat as you cut it off the spit. The three different spit sizes come in handy depending on the amount of meat you are cooking and the size of your oven or BBQ. Seems to be of very high quality stainless steel and cleaning is a breeze. For the price I think this is the best option around … highly recommended!

Good quality, used it for the first time for chicken and it came out so good! Need to adjust the cooking times by cooking it longer while covered first and then uncovering to finish because the chicken was not done in the middle and was crispy on the outside that is user error but, it was otherwise easy to use and was able to put a decent amount of chicken and could have put more if necessary.
