While I'm sure it'll do the job, there are a couple of concerning issues, if you want to avoid contaminating your drum contents.This faucet is advertised as brass plated, but it's actually spray painted. Also, mine was shipped with no plastic sleeve or anything to keep it clean during shipping.I'll clean mine and strip the paint before use, but if you really need to avoid contamination, don't buy this one.
