Nice smooth valve. Flow is shut off quickly so very little dripping. Surprisingly durable. We've used dozens of these and only found two problems with them - 1) the threads can strip if not seated tightly - so make sure you are using the correct thickness gasket to get a good, deep connection, and 2) the air vent thing on top, if overtightened, can/will crack the female section and leak. Being careful about these two things we have had no problems.
