I live on a hill and the curbs are built like small aqua ducts so they are rounded. This makes every driveway’s curb fairly steep so it’s like driving off a small bump. I found these ramps to be cheaper when bought individually for some reasons. Like the two packs were more than twice the price of two one packs, for some weird reason! So I bought four individual ramps rather than two 2-packs. Anyway they make the curb drop unnoticeable. I mostly bought them because my kids are learning to drive and driving up the curb requires some finesse so you don’t launch the car into the garage door if you stop at the curb. The ramps make it easy to just drive straight up.Each of my ramps came with four expansion bolts. The bolts are 1/2†diameter I think.Do they smell? Yes, right out of the box they smelled rubbery and stinky. However… I don’t smell them when they are sitting at the end of my driveway!! Anyway, they no longer smell even if I was weird enough to go and smell them.If you use them as intended, I don’t see why smell is an issue? The smell eventually goes away. It never bothered me and I don’t k ow how long it take to become less stinky. Just don’t keep them in your house before installing them.They seem very durable.

I have a lowered Subaru WRX on coilovers. With two of these ramps I find it best to drive directly straight over for the softest, smoothest entry into the driveway as well as backing straight out rather than approaching at an angle. I like that these are heavy enough that I do not need to bolt into my curb.

Very strong rubber smell, WILL GET ON YOU but thats a given. This thing has saved me from major damage and is super smooth ya don’t even feel it. 10/10 would recommend. Cheapest one I could find thats GOOD.

The product is really good quality and very sturdy. The only one negative point is the smell, but if you are keeping it outside, no issue.

I bought couple of them mostly because of the price. They are heavy and barely move after the car rolls over them. I've had them for couple of weeks and pushed one of them with my foot once as it moved a little out of place. They did come with the hardware to bolt them into place permanently, but I am still not sure if I even want to do that.I saw bunch of reviews complaining about the smell. Mine are placed outside and I didn't notice any particular unexpected odor. Maybe that's an issue if you use them somewhere indoors. Not sure what that particular setup would look like.

We bought one of these because our drive has a big dip, no smooth entry. My husband uses it as a bridge to get out into the street by scooter. We may but several more to go all across drive, would make entry into drive with cars much smoother! We didn’t bolt it down, so heavy, it stays in place, no problem l.
