A bit pricey but it works. Wires do not stretch Makes perfect slices for Spam Musubi. Easy to make cheese cubes. Take your time cutting cold hard cheeses.

This product the wires don’t line up on the base,Every Vevor product I have ordered has been defective. Including an Ice Machine. Also, you can’t call them and they do not stand behind their product,It’s impossible to warranty anything through their system.

This slicer performs well enough to get my job done.Pros: The slices are even and the food being sliced doesn't move or slip around, producing nice even 5mm (0.197") cuts. Perfect for cutting canned meats for sandwiches or frying. Being even cuts, the slices get done approximately at the same time. No burnt or overly crisped edges.Conns: When slicing, the grooves in the base could be deeper allowing the slicing wires to FULLY cut through softer material (meats and very soft cheese). Medium hard materials cut all the way through, likely because they "break through" that little thin area just before the wires seat into the the grooves in the base. I find that on the soft material, I have to force the meat or soft cheese through the last 1/16" or so by hand. Not a real issue since the wires are large enough not to cut fingers. But still it would be nice if the grooves were deeper and the wires seated all the way to the bottom of the grooves.The unit comes apart easily for dishwashing. Just be careful to remove the rubber feet before placing the stainless steel parts in the dishwasher, otherwise they'll come off and possibly get lost if your dishwasher has no screen on the drain. Hand washing, remove them anyway and let the stainless steel parts dry thoroughly before replacing the rubber feet.Four stars because the grooves just aren't deep enough. Otherwise a great tool for the kitchen.

My grandson seen this went to the refrigerator and got a block of Velveeta cheese made his own grilled cheese sandwiches with ease and cut extra cheese works wonderful easy cleanup thank you very much for a wonderful product

Been pretty happy with this until I decided to throw it into my dishwasher and it turned gray and and there was a dark residue that was easily transferred to hands and food. Maybe I should have investigated more before putting it into the dishwasher. Expensive lesson learned. Just ordered a replacement that is 1/7 the cost of this commercial unit. Will see if it meets my needs.

If you are looking for the perfect cheese cutter, this is it. I took a chance on this one since it was made by VEVOR which sells quality items. I needed a durable slicer since using a knife on soft cheese is a task to cut, i tried many other cutters. The problem was the wires were too thin and after some use they broke.This cutter has durable heavy wires and when you lightly push down it cuts the slices perfect. I also was able to cut perfectly diced pieces for my Neapolitan style pizza. This cheese cutter is a game changer, it truly does what it says. It can be used on deli meats and other things too because of its strength.I don't see this breaking like the others did anytime soon. Most likely a lifetime product which is a pleasure to own.

Update: The seller reached out to me & in order to make things right, the seller offered me a discount on the item which I accepted. I have suggested to the seller that s/he remove the one photo that shows thin slices. ....... The website description shows thin cheese slices....however, once I received it & looked at the smallest wires, it was obvious that this was not true. The slices would be too thick for e.g. grilled cheese sandwiches or adding a cheese slice in a hamburger. And be aware....I contacted Vevor about parts & THEY DO NOT OFFER REPLACEMENT PARTS OR ACCESSORIES. Also, if you want to return this item to the seller you will have to pay the return postage.
