Bought this for a replacement for ice making for a fountain soda machine. It has great storage capacity and refills ice very quickly. Keeps up to demand in a commercial setting. Highly recommend this product because of cost and efficiency. Low noise and build quality seems like a very durable product

This maker makes ice and makes it in large quantities. If that's the goal, it has succeeded. I have installed mine in my laundry room, tapping into the water supply line from the washing machine with no issues. Unfortunately, with it being lower (and requiring a water discharge) than the discharge height, I had to install an HVAC condensate pump to assist. For those looking at this, please keep in mind that it does not recycle water back into the pump system. As the ice melts, it drains out and new water is brought in.I will likely replace the water purifier with a more universal fitting one soon. From a making standpoint, it makes a tray (36ea 3/4" cubes) every 15minutes. The density of these can be adjusted by adding/subtracting time on the screen. It does not make pellet or chewable ice, but it does make large quantities.I would recommend a smaller metal ice scoop over the installed plastic one that is included. The one included is large and takes up a majority of the room within the ice box. A smaller metal one would be more suited for breaking up the ice.

This little ice machine is awesome! I bought it for my husbands grill station. He has a bar inside his grill area and it works great. We also used it for our Christmas party, never ran out of ice. It's the good chewing ice as well.

What I like most is that it has a pump for the any excess water. What I disliked was the fact that the ice comes off in something of a sheet. Depending on how thick you designate the ice to be will determine how easily it breaks up from the sheet. Also the settings are a little confusing and although just an informative indicator is that the temperature within the machine is in centigrade and cannot be switched to Fahrenheit. Again only of Interest, not really a meaningful indicator.

I hope this review helps my fellow ice chewers...I prefer my ice to be "crunchy" or "crispy." You know what I mean... that perfect level of slightly melted that still gives you a satisfyingly crunch, yet is softer and less damaging on your teeth. I usually crush my ice into a sort of thick slush, but I was getting sick of this extra step so I started looking into countertop ice makers. I like the ice at Sonic, so I thought a nugget style maker would be perfect. Unfortunately, I don't like the ice this produces. It is small and soft, but when you bite into it there is no crunch at all. Instead, the nugget is very melty and full of water, so when you bite down it just compresses into a more compact piece. Since I'm not getting the "fix" that my ice chewing compulsion needs, I can't justify keeping something this expensive or that takes up so much counter space. Sadly, I'm returning and going back to my old trusty mallet method of crushing ice.I also tried putting a batch of freshly made ice nuggets into my freezer, but since it's so water logged, it just froze into one giant chunk. So if you were hosting a large gathering or wanted to make batches ahead of time, this will not work.On the positive side, it was easy to operate and works quickly. It's quiet, and the design is sleek and looks nice amongst my other appliances. But it does take up a decent amount of counter space, and it's tall, so it looks big in my small kitchen.

We have this for camping. We can make ice all day, every day and not worry about running out. We put a gallon zip top bag of ice in the freezer when camping. We keep the bag full and never run short on ice.

Small -- approximately 12-inches by 12 by 12 -- and makes ice cylinders quickly. Relatively quiet. Some reviewers report that the ice melts quickly, which is true because the ice is tubular. The tubular shape offers the liquid a large surface area to allow the liquid to cool quickly. Ice in a cube form has less surface area than a tube, so a cube melts slowly. That's not a criticism of the product but statement of basic physics. We've used this ice maker for a month on a kitchen counter and it's worked without flaw. A friend uses the same device at the Burning Man event, and it too has worked without missing a beat. If this can survive playa dust it can survive anything.

Love this ice maker! It’s super efficient and it’s so convenient to have plenty of ice on hand for all sorts of things. This has saved us a lot of money on bagged ice for my husband’s ice chest in the summer months for work! It’s great for parties and everyday family life too! It’s quite and produces quickly.

This machine make ice like a crazy , had an older style where you added water to the machine but it broke down this machine has it’s own water hook up , I bought this one as it looked to be like the industrial ones like hotels have , I am not disappointed this ice maker kept all are coolers and cooler bags full . The feature on the unit lets you choose the size and thickness of the ice ,you can manually set the time the machine would run making ice , would definitely buy again great product.

cubetti piccolissimi, si sciolgono immediatamente. Impossibile crearne quanto basta per un cestello; solo uso immediato per un bicchiere. Indicato su presentazione consumo 105 W invece sono 150.
