Wireless 10 Restaurant Pagers
The wireless calling system set consists of one 98-channel wireless calling button base and 10pcs wireless pagers. It adopts RF wireless & learning code technology and can easily pair up to 98 channels of pagers. When the customer places an order, he(she) will be dispatched to one receiver with a number. The transaction went through quickly, and the product was delivered MUCH more quickly than promised.The instructions that come with the product (just a few paragraphs) were hard for me to interpret... basically to set the duration of the tone + vibration (both happen together - I didn't see a way to change), you take the front "cover" off of each pager, and press the very tiny button in the middle with something like a paperclip. The longer you want the duration of the beep/vibrate, the more times (up to 5) you push the button.There is also a button on the side of the pager for the recipient of the page to shut off the beer/vibrate, so it doesn't have to go through its whole cycle before being shut off.The product works as described, and is very cost effective. The instructions could use some updating, but it only took me part of an evening to figure it out on my own (the instructions gave clues and, after having done the process, aren't technically wrong.... they were just hard to understand.)

I got it for my friend, he owned a small dinning restaurant. Too quote what he said, “ I will feel embarrassed to use it†It’s small and cheap quality. It works, but looks like something made in 90s.

We purchased these to be used for waitresses. They work perfect for what we wanted them for. The buzzer is just loud enough to get their attention. Very simple to use. For the price of these compared to what we did look at. Definitely worth the money.

Well for starters the item arrived late. But I know that is not the sellers fault. the base is set up for 16, so if you got the 10 pack, there will be some empty. The instructions are VERY unclear so I will have to work to figure that out.The base DOES need to be plugged in order to call the buzzers however it says the buzzers hold charge, so I am not sure what good that does anyone??? There are little red lights that flash, it vibrates, AND it rings for the customer- there is a button on the side where they can turn it off.Other than those few minor details these are perfect for my food truck and will help me avoid yelling people's names / letting their food sit and get cold.

I recently tried using these pagers and I must say, they fall short of expectations. The primary issue is their poor range, which makes them unreliable. Additionally, the overall performance is subpar, with inconsistent signals and frequent missed alerts.For a busy hospitality environment, where seamless communication is key, these pagers simply don’t deliver. I wouldn’t recommend them unless significant improvements are made to both range and reliability.
