For the past year, my mother has been in and out of the hospital. To top that, I got a hospital acquired infection and had it for over a year now. My mind has been mush but I finally had sense enough to follow the directions and have the lanyard convenient to my mother and it is set up to connect to my phone. We have a wearable necklace that goes with our alarm system but during the days I when I am in and out to the garage or walking the dog, it is not on. This is great for those that need to step out of the house yet be sure their loved ones are safe. I have great neighbors and if I were not home, I could call my neighbors or my daughter. I feel comfortable running out for a few minutes and believe it will help ease your mind if you care for someone.

Like anything else, Videos do NOT match the product. cant even find a video how to hook up lanyard. call button part is different than the video. guess or break one to figure out to hook up lanyard and replace battery.

The device worked pretty well for almost a month and now neither one of the buttons that came with it work. The light will cut on like it's trying to work but no alarm sound or notification is sent to my phone.

This product was so very easy to set up and the app almost installs itself. I was very happy with how well this worked and how smoothly it all went!!! Would recommend this product to anyone who has a need for this type of device!
