I’ve owned numerous marine radios and this ICON radio is amazing strong despite a small antenna, but what’s clearly it finest quality if the battery, it operates twice what the manufacturer says to expect. I’ve had it operate almost three 12 hours workday in a single charge. This is not a toy, it’s a quality tool.

Received with a bad battery. This product may be new old stock. I cannot return as it is too expensive to return to Amazon from outside the United States, so I bought a new replacement battery. reason for idea of new old stock is that the replacement battery is hard to locate online.
